Terms and Conditions
- Nonrefundable but transferable to another person
- Valid to use within twelve (12) months after resort reopening
- If not used within twelve (12) months, amount paid will automatically be converted as CREDITS valid for another twenty-four (24) months. Booking using credits is subject to prevailing website rate for the day. Expired and unconsumed credit is strictly nonrefundable.
- Use of voucher is strictly subject to limited room allocation. Call or email us to check room availability before purchasing your airline ticket.
- Actual voucher should be surrendered upon check-in at the resort otherwise a new payment will be asked based on the prevailing website rate.
- No Voucher, no check-in policy.
- Lost voucher is strictly non-replaceable.
- Voucher can be rebooked twice provided rebooking was made at least seven (7) days before stay date otherwise, booking is considered confirmed and is subject to full cancellation charge when cancelled.
